Belly Dance Costume Clinic

Do you have a costume that doesn't fit you quite right? Do you have an old or inexpensive costume that needs a make-over? Are you looking for a “show-stopper” costume but can't find one that fits your budget?

Do you want to make your own “dream costume” but you don't know how to begin? Are you ready for your first costume and not sure what to look for and how to choose one? Do you need tips on “oops!” proofing your costumes and dressing to prevent spillage, shifting, etc?

Do you want to begin a costume wardrobe without making a major investment? Do you have gaps in your costume wardrobe that need to be filled in? Do you have a limited costume budget and need to make you wardrobe more versatile using existing costumes?

Join us for these monthly clinics! In each workshop we will create one costume piece start to finish. Within a few months you will have a versatile and elegant costume. Bring your costuming questions, problems and ideas and we'll get your costume wardrobe on-track for the “gasp factor!”

Shahina also has a large collection of fabrics, appliques, beads fringe and bling all available at cost to help you add the artistic touches you need to complete your “work of art” costume.

All skill levels are welcome.

Costume clinics immediately follow free morning Stitch 'n' Bitch sessions. Attend both for best results!
