Dance Conditioning Intensive

Shahina's toughest class yet!

This takes Shahina's AAA Workout up another notch– intensifying work on splits and backbends, and adding a thirty minute drum solo aerobic workout.

Prerequisites: This class is structured for serious dancers who are already fit and who may have reached a plateau to break through and take their bodies to the next level of fitness.

We will keep a journal to track our progress.

Our motto for this class: "Don't complain, don't explain." See yourself as you want to be, and become it.

For maximum results, take Dance Conditioning back-to-back with one of Shahina's regular Middle Eastern dance classes; however, dance experience or concurrent registration in a bellydance class is not required for enrollment in Dance Conditioning.

Dance Conditioning runs for ninety minutes twice weekly. Consult the current session class schedule.
