This class is an excellent choice for a fun dance workout using movements from Middle
Eastern dance. It is also an ideal supplement to Shahina's other classes.
The focus here is less talk and more action, including shimmy drills, traveling steps, turns and hooping.
Bellyrobics finishes with a stretching segment.
This class includes plenty of individual help coupled with precise instruction, as do all of Shahina’s classes.
Shahina keeps class size small so you will receive the attention you deserve.
