and group lessons in Middle Eastern dance are also available by appointment.

While belly dance is an excellent form of exercise, there is no magical
workout that will shape you up in 90 minutes per week. Shahina offers discounts for multiple
classes and recommends balancing your workout with other forms of dance, yoga
and pilates. Shahina also conducts
dance skills workshops which focus on specific areas of improvement.
